What to plan for each room.
Plan the residential room care below with the home’s actual condition in mind. Empty rooms make access clearer, but do not automatically add appliance interiors, cabinet interiors, windows or restoration work to the service.
Kitchen
Counters and sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors. Flag visible buildup when requesting the visit. Appliance and cabinet interiors are optional add-ons, not assumed room care.
Bathrooms
Bathroom sanitation and mirrors, with vacuuming and appropriate mopping. Describe areas with buildup so the time and approved scope reflect their condition.
Bedrooms and living areas
Dusting of reachable surfaces and touchpoints, vacuuming and appropriate mopping, trash removal and room reset. Clear loose belongings so the agreed surfaces are accessible.
The work order confirms the rooms, condition and selected extras. Flag heavy buildup, delicate finishes and any areas that need separate review before the visit.
Your preparation before the move clean
- Leave the property empty or nearly empty; remove personal belongings, furniture and loose trash.
- Keep power and water available through completion.

These are optional scope. Select refrigerator, oven, cabinet or dishwasher interiors if needed. Interior windows, blinds and patio or balcony cleaning also need explicit selection and review.
Can I request a date before the property is empty?
You can request a preferred date and explain the move schedule. Cleaning is planned for an empty or nearly empty residence, with utilities and access confirmed. Availability and the date are confirmed after review.
Does move-out cleaning guarantee my security deposit?
No deposit-return guarantee is offered. Landlord or property inspection decisions are separate from the approved cleaning scope. Construction debris, hazardous materials, pest or mold treatment, exterior work and restoration are outside normal residential cleaning.
