Starting prices and approval
Every displayed price is a starting price, not a final quote. Final price depends on home size and condition, bedrooms and bathrooms, buildup, pet hair, clutter, access and approved add-ons. We confirm the final price before service. No additional paid work is performed without the client’s approval.
Booking and service area
A submitted request does not reserve a date. We review the full address or ZIP code, route, scope and availability, then confirm acceptance. We serve Los Angeles and select surrounding communities, with a core focus on West Hollywood, Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Beverly Grove, Fairfax, Hancock Park and Mid-Wilshire.
Cancellation
- 48 hours or more before service: no cancellation fee.
- 24–48 hours before service: 25% of the scheduled service price.
- Less than 24 hours before service: 50% of the scheduled service price.
- Same-day cancellation or inability to access the home: up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
Any deposit already paid is applied toward the applicable cancellation fee. Recurring clients may receive one courtesy late cancellation per calendar year. Genuine emergencies are reviewed individually.
Access and readiness
The client is responsible for accurate access, parking and building instructions, available utilities, a reasonably safe work environment and secured pets when requested. Delays or inability to enter may reduce the service window or be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Scope and concerns
The approved work order controls the visit. Hazardous materials, pests, mold, biohazards, restoration work, unsafe high access and tasks outside the approved scope may be declined. Please report a service concern promptly so it can be documented and reviewed.
