Frequently asked questions

Clear answers. Better service.

These answers support planning. Your confirmed work order and current Client Service Policy govern the appointment.

How much does house cleaning cost in Los Angeles?

Standard cleaning starts at $165 for a studio. Your planning price changes with home size, service type, recurring cadence and selected add-ons. Heavy buildup and larger homes require review.

What is included in a standard clean?

Kitchen counters and sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors, bathroom sanitation, mirrors, reachable dusting, high-touch surfaces, vacuuming, appropriate mopping, trash removal and room reset within the approved scope.

When should I choose a deep clean?

Choose deep cleaning for a first professional visit, seasonal reset, visible buildup or when more detailed reachable work is needed before recurring care.

Do you offer recurring home cleaning?

Yes. Weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly standard cleaning options are available. Pricing assumes a maintained home and confirmed routine scope.

Do you provide move-in and move-out cleaning?

Yes. The residence should be empty or nearly empty with power and water available. Appliance and cabinet interiors can be added.

Is the online estimate a confirmed booking?

No. It is a planning estimate. The request is confirmed only after scope, home condition, access, ZIP code, timing, availability and final price are reviewed.

How do pets, parking and access work?

Secure pets as needed and share parking, gate, concierge, elevator, lockbox or building instructions in advance. These details appear in the work order.

Will photos be taken inside my home?

Condition or incident photos may be requested when reasonably necessary. Routine before-and-after or marketing photography should follow the consent choices agreed with the client.

What is outside the standard scope?

Examples include exterior windows, hazardous waste, pests, mold, biohazards, heavy lifting, high-access work, restoration, excessive buildup and any task not listed in the approved work order.

What happens if something needs follow-up?

Incomplete items, exceptions, damage concerns or client-requested changes should be documented. Service concerns should be reported promptly for review under the current policy.
