When you contact us, we may receive your name, phone, email, service address, ZIP code, preferred date, home profile, access details, notes, selected services and photos you choose to provide. The booking form sends your request securely to our reservations mailbox after you review and submit it.
How we use it
We use this information to review coverage, prepare a quote, schedule and deliver service, communicate about the appointment, maintain service records, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Photos and home information
Condition or incident photos may be requested when reasonably necessary for quoting, documentation or quality review. Marketing use requires separate consent. Please do not send alarm codes, door codes or other sensitive access credentials through the public form.
Hosting and service providers
Our hosting and email providers may process technical logs and messages to operate and secure their services. When online payment is added, payment details will be handled by the payment provider under its own privacy terms; Pristine Ritual will not intentionally store full card numbers on this website.
Retention and choices
We retain records only as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute prevention and legal requirements. To request access, correction or deletion, email bookings@pristineritual.com. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
